By playing TrackBlitz ("the Game") via the website at trackblitz.mobx.games or as a Discord Activity, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
TrackBlitz is a free browser-based racing game developed and operated by mobx GmbH. The Game requires no account registration. A randomly generated player name and anonymous identifier are created locally on first use and stored in your browser's local storage.
You agree not to abuse, exploit, or reverse-engineer the Game's systems; attempt to manipulate leaderboard scores through automated means or exploits; interfere with other players' sessions; or use the Game for any unlawful purpose.
We reserve the right to remove leaderboard entries or block access for violations.
The Game stores the following data locally in your browser: your player name, anonymous player ID, best race times, ghost replay data, and preferences. No account is required and no personally identifiable information is collected by default.
Leaderboard submissions store your chosen player name, an anonymous 6-character tag derived from your local player ID, and your race time. No email address, IP address, or real identity is associated with leaderboard entries.
When playing via Discord Activity, your Discord display name and user ID are used in-session for identification. These are not stored on our servers beyond the duration of a lobby session.
All game content — including code, graphics, audio, and track designs — is the property of mobx GmbH. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, leaderboard persistence, or compatibility with all devices. Leaderboard data may be reset at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, mobx GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The current version is always available at trackblitz.mobx.games/tos.html.
